- Market lighting is included in your rental
- Banquet Tables and Chairs are included in your rental (standard sizes for chair covers, table linens and place settings etc)
- A wooden, portable stage (for the top table/ band etc) is included in your rental
- Two clean and spacious washrooms with lighting and hot and cold running water are included in your rental
- The barn is supplied with non-potable well water – for caterer’s clean up etc
- Electricity is provided by micro-hydro and there are many power points throughout the building for various set ups
- The optional Sound Stage is wired for 1 x 30amp + 1 x 50amp + 2 x 20amps + 2 x Double 15amps
- The barn has entrances at North and South, so guests will not be disturbed by your event suppliers and servers
- There is a discreet caterer's prep area inside the barn, cordoned off behind the walled partition
- Guest parking is available with the Ceremony Field upgrade option / alternatively we can recommend a coach transfer company
